    1st time order from this seller.. Product was not the quality I expected. I've been buying this brand/style for years &never opened anything other than silky straight hair. This one was textured & different. I reached out to the seller, but never heard back. I asked if maybe they'd had any other complaints, if the company maybe changed quality recently.. I'd like to think the seller isn't sending something other than what's advertised, but Idk. Still no reply. Alot of money to waste! Disapointed

    The item you received was supposed to be thick and textured, as it was "PERM YAKI." If you are looking for soft and silky hair, Bobbi Boss makes another product called "NATURAL YAKI". We understand the confusion, as these products look very similar to each other if you look at their packaging. However, if you check the product description in our eBay listing, you can see that "Thick Natural Texture" is the first quality we mentioned there, as that's how it's supposed to be.
