    The caps on three of the nine bottles in this offer weren't screwed on tightly, which meant that the padded envelope in which they were packed was slimy with shampoo when the order arrived. This seller needs to make sure the caps are screw on tightly and perhaps even tape or seal the individual bottles to keep them from leaking in transit.
