The customer wanted his goods sent to Sri Lanka. Since we do not offer this service, he had the goods delivered to an address in the UK. They were supposed to forward the two packages to Sri Lanka. One package was not accepted in England (acceptance refused) but has not yet been returned. The second package allegedly contained a brush, which we do not even have in our product range.
