    Generally pleased with item but arrived in damaged box with metal pole sticking out. Looked as though box had been dropped or had something heavy dropped on it. See photos, One side of the bust is slightly flattened. I tried to contact you but other than through feedback was unable to do so. Seems to have been Evri's fault not yours. and thought you should know. Have however marked this as positive. Very quick service.

    CLOTHES RAIL - this item was received almost exactly as the listing - except - that the plugs for the castor wheels had already been pushed into place ! Although the parts came wrapped in plastic bags this did not stop them from " rattling around " inside the box ! Consequently, there were several scuff marks on the metal frame which could have been avoided by more thoughtful packing ! The box itself was modestly robust - which - is just as well as it arrived " battle scarred " !
