    Essential for keeping a double dose (38-40g) of freshly roasted coffee beans in 1/2 pint mason jars to be frozen. These fit easily into the small jars and allow for plenty of oxygen absorption after multiple openings. Beans are ideal for espresso 3-5 days post roast and day 2 is when doses go into the jars. Given a few hours to work and then frozen allows for excellent shots each time. Just thaw beans 4-12 hrs before opening. Shipped fast! Thanks!

    Glad to see this 200cc size which is a perfect fit in 4oz Ball jars when storing coffee beans, that has rested three days post roast prior to freezing. This size allows the jar to be opened a portion of beans dosed, sealed and will easily pull the rest of the flavor robbing oxygen from the jar at room temp for the next morning's espresso. Using only the 100cc size many years ago would get a bit hard and the 300cc size used frequently is a bit large. Shipped fast! Thanks!
