Communication and shipping was fine. Description of item said perforated and it was, however, the new seat cover does not allow the seat to ventilate/heat at all. So if you have heated or ventilated seats, this cover will block that. The inside is obstructed blocking the vent flow and the perforated holes are too small.

Hello, we wish you could have contacted us first as we have written instructions included. Regarding the ventilation and heating performance, our replacement seat covers are indeed perforated, as described. However, they are designed with a thicker and more durable articulating A/C cooled & heated padding, which may initially seem like it is restricting airflow & heat. This padding is engineered for longevity & comfort, and it does require a short break-in period to allow the material to settle.
