After removing them I had to straighten them flat and weight them down until took flattened naturally. No big deal but I would have preferred the pads were shipped in a flat box. The LH pad fit perfectly within the flange under the hood. The RH pad inboard shape did not match my 1983 944 under-hood flange exactly. I should have dry-fit this pad ahead of time because I could have trimmed it to fit. My bad! Overall, I'm happy with the appearance.
