DVD iScan Duo was damaged in shipping. Item was boxed in an Amazon box with some corner protection, but not sufficient to prevent the top right corner from damage. 1/4” corner sheared off leaving a bright aluminum visible defect.
In addition, the Video 3 input does not work. video 1 and 2 are working, so it’s not a cable or setting issue. Fortunately for me, I only require two coax inputs for my use.
I did not contact the Seller as I don’t want possible compensation to affect my feedback.
