However, shipment was the issue here. One pays a substantial amount of money for it, often more than for the material. But then it takes so long that it arrives way past the date when one needed it. 1st off, it was sent with delay (1+ week), then the actual shipping took roughly a month or longer. Of course, if one needed it for an event, this is too late.
