Once the seller was informed of there being no delivery, they sorted the situation out and put a replacement item in the post which did arrive a few days later. Very impressed with the customer service
- i***e (542)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseordered 4 x grey pillowcases, what i received is 4 x latte pillowcase, dont know if sellers colour description isnt acurate or they have sent out wrong colour by error, only leaving positive feedback as cant be doing with pms from ebay everyday saying leav feedback and to leave negative for some reason only known by ebay you have to wait 7 days, total waste of money and not what i ordred, first time dealing with this seller and will be the last.Follow-up from: i***e- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.ordered grey, seller sent latte, wont take my word for it or offer refund and return, wants me to send a photo i do not have smartphone and am not technical so at stale mate, not worth the agro for 6 quid, will write this down to a bad tansaction and gift them away, go to the shop well you can pick up what you want in right colour without arguing the toss, will not use this seller again.
