    I have no idea why this seller is selling items on eBay. You buy an item and the seller never ever ships the item, just sits on it, and then you need to wait appropriate amount of time to file a case, and then again appropriate amount of time to request a refund and then again wait for refund to show up. I feel this seller needs to be taken off eBay as he has done that a few times (looking at his history).
