The card was packaged perfectly with shells to protect my card which I appreciate. The only problem was I had to pay extra for the shipping. But after communicating with the seller about the extra charge, they quickly resolved the issue by returning me the extra shipping fee that I had to pay. They were very helpful, quick, and willing to fix the problem.
