When I told them what they had done, they said send it back Fed EX...extra cost close to $40. They asked for the receipt information from Fed Ex so they could reimburse me for the extra paid to Fed Ex. After I sent the receipt information, there has been no contact from them. Also, when speaking with them about the item I could sense some attitude. Also, hat was filthy when received. Cleaned up nice tho'.
