    BUYER BEWARE: I had the WORST eBay experience I’ve ever had - with this seller. After receiving the incorrect item, I reached out to the seller and gave her an opportunity to make it right. She did not. Instead, she inconvenienced me further by insisting that I go to the post office and return the incorrect item, which I did. However, she then ghosted me/ceased communication and never sent me the item I actually ordered, which she should have done right away. This seller is a mess. BUYER BEWARE!

    Buyer was extremely rude and hurtful. Even emailed eBay about it. I was told to block bidder and was given all the steps to do it from eBay. Buyer received a full refund! Buyer asked for another item to be shipped out when eBay does not allow exchanges but only returns. eBay has been emailed about this buyer’s abusive and hurtful communication.

    I said nothing “abusive” or “hurtful” whatsoever. All I did was *repeatedly* ask this seller to do the right thing - by sending me the item I ordered (as any other business would) or a new listing for it. The seller simply refused and sent an incoherent message before ceasing communication altogether. I get that we all make mistakes, but what this seller fails to recognize is that it’s *her* responsibility to correct her own mistakes! And just to be clear, I have received no reprimand from eBay.
