Item was delivered earlier than expected. Brand new with original tags as described. However, zipper kept getting stuck. When I tried to exchange, learned it was last pair. Seller offered multiple options (return for full refund or keep for partial refund). I liked the shorts so kept and seller took half off the price and even apologized. What a fair and terrific seller. Thank you!
