    The seller is very kind. After I am sad to say that when I received the china I ordered, a good half of it was broken due to sub-optimal packaging. The seller was very good about it when I wrote them, and we came to a resolution. I decided to keep the undamaged pieces and she gave me a 50% refund. While I am disappointed over the broken china, I am content with the final outcome since the seller showed such good will.
