    I was pleasantly surprised that the seller cleaned everything before sending it to me even though the photos showed that they were a bit dirty, so I expected to have to clean. To me that shows a great deal of customer service. The AV cable was a bit faulty, and within maybe a few hours they sent me another one no questions asked.
