Chic produced a truly unmistakable sound that has inspired and influenced many recording artists and producers over the last 30 years. Magnifique! Contains 37 delicious slices of soulful grooves from their 1977 debut 'Dance Dance Dance' (#6) via 'Everybody Dance' (#9), 'I Want Your Love' (#4), 'Le Freak' (#7),'Good Times' (#5) right up to 1992's 'Your Love' (#3 Billboard Hot Dance Chart). Also included is the rarely available instrumental B-side of Carly Simon's hit 'Why' which was performed, written and produced by Chic. Packed with a 2,300 word liner note, this is an essential set to grace any collection. Music Club Deluxe.
