Our parts arrived adequately packaged, in good condition, and appear new as stated. They also arrived in 2 boxes as the ad says. The 1-star issue is shipping. They double print the label for two boxes, instead of two unique labels. As they arrive different days, the system shows receipt of package when only 1/2 arrives. There's no way to prove 2nd box wasn't received, therefore, no way to file complaint with eBay. Be careful!!
