Sent ebay pictures showing the damage, within 20 mins of the delivery and asked for a return/refund. The company I purchased it from were on the phone within 10 mins asking me to explain the problem and sent some more photo's and were happy to sort out a return and refund. Can't fault there customer service. We have purchased from them before and highly recommend them.
