However, the photos did not show well the extent of the damage to the game case, and it was listed as "like new," which was not accurate at all. Price was fine, nothing exceptional, would've liked to pay a little less given the aforementioned issues. Additionally, the photos present clearly show the damage. Buyer clearly did not look at the description or the photos before purchasing. Additionally, if the buyer was not satisfied with their purchase I offer free, automatically approved returns. Buyer simply had to open a refund request or at the very least, contact me to resolve the issue. However, neither were done and the buyer simply left negative feedback.
