Nicole assured me that the"Guys" always pack items correctly. The item arrived in a timely manor. Upon opening the box I find it double boxed but the"Guys" used crunched up news paper as padding on this 55 lb instrument. As a result the RF connector was pushed into the unit damaging the front panel buttons and connector. Mom left me with a damaged signal generator ☹️
