    Your order was packed and shipped with UPS.They are responsible for packaging not us.UPS employee saw the item and she has been notified that it was a very delicate item and we can't tell you why there was no "Warning" on a box.We did not pack your item. It is really does not matter at this point because everyone blames seller and we accept that.We are so sorry that happened.We learned our lesson and we are not going to sell beautiful pieces like that one on eBay.
