The instructions provided through the QR code were very simple to understand. I have Xfinity, so I used the app on my phone for setup. From taking it out of the box, setting it up, and having it running flawlessly was about 15 minutes, and I didn't encounter any setbacks. Very happy with it.

The buyer appeared to be willing to process a refund when all I wanted was for them to state what RENEWED meant and why it was listed as NEW and there was no user manual. Ebay stated the listing was fine and appeared not willing to ask the seller for help. The seller has not responded the second time.
