    Prior to ordering this product, my engineer team communicated with the seller to ask about the machine and get the seller's input on material to be used in place of flour. The seller advised that the material we would be using would work with the machine, and based on this we placed the order. After receiving and set up, we encountered a problem with the machine within the first 2hr, and asked the seller for help. They have not provided any input of resolution to and are skirting around return.
