Before shipping, she tested the timer again & noticed an anomaly; her & her husband spent the day troubleshooting & making sure it worked exactly right/as described in the listing. She kept me updated & the shipping was so fast & packaging was amazing. For the value, you can't beat this customer service. Packaging, however, probably needed to be better padded - USPS employs gorillas who go out of their way to fling boxes around. The upper corner was severely crushed (see pix). Happily, I'm an experienced metal worker and have a workshop I was able to undo most of the damage (see the last two pix), so no complaints - just warning about USPS incompetence.
