The description claims that it measured 4 1/4 inches tall. It is barely 4 inches and 2 inches in width. She was actually the one to be very rude from the gate. She admitted she did not read the description. She then insisted that I give her $5 because she was not satisfied with the size. I told her I would gladly refund her if she would return the item. I would rather receive negative feedback than to give $5 to person with such bad behavior. The irony of the item does not fall short with this one.
