I contacted them, and they immediately offered a refund, and I didn't have to send the flash drive back (though I would have). Other than it being the wrong one, it's brand new as described and is a nice sturdy flash drive. I'm pretty sure it shipped from oversees, not FL as stated, but it wasn't a big deal. Thank you for the quick response and respectful customer service. Would buy from again.
