Additionally, the photos present clearly show the damage. Buyer clearly did not look at the description or the photos before purchasing. Additionally, if the buyer was not satisfied with their purchase I offer free, automatically approved returns. Buyer simply had to open a refund request or at the very least, contact me to resolve the issue. However, neither were done and the buyer simply left negative feedback.
