When I respectfully requested a refund for postage, they sent me aggressive and threatening messages, and complained about the taxes and gas they had to pay using eBay. What?! Said they were reporting me for who knows what, and said if I left negative feedback I’d be breaking eBay’s TOS. Then told me to “get help”. Totally unhinged response/behavior.
