    The item arrived in good time, but the packaging was inadequate to say the least, despite a message, when I made the purchase, to specifically ask to package the fragile item properly. Unfortunately the seller ignored or missed the message the and only replied after shipping to apologise and said that "external box is quite strong, so we must not have any issue with that" which was inaccurate. Based on my experience the communication was lacking and the customer care fell short of acceptable.
