The following is from my observations while unpacking…. It appeared that the 6 individually wrapped items in bubblewrap settled through the packing peanuts, bunching them all together at the bottom of the box with very few peanuts now between them allowed each of them to rub together causing the damage to each piece. A COMPLETE REFUND WAS GIVEN!!!
