The next time I played, the head flew off about 50 yards infront of me. I contacted the helpful Tracy, sent pics & returned the club for a refund. Imagine my despair when received the refund for £10 less than I paid, because wait for it… the club “wasn’t returned in its original condition”… Unless I had a Time Machine or a pot of glue how could it be?! Tracy now isn’t helpful and ignores my msgs to ask why ?!
