After two weeks, I followed up, and they reassured me it was normal and told me to wait. A month later, they said the package was likely lost in transit. They refunded me, but due to exchange rate changes, I lost money. The invalid tracking makes me seriously doubt they even had the items to ship or just randomly gave me a tracking number.
