Package arrived on time and as described but when trying to use I noticed half of the remote wasn’t working. At first I thought it was the batteries but when I switched them for a brand new pair the it still wasn’t working which lead me to believe it got damaged in shipping. Finally when I contacted the seller for help, he without hesitation sent me a new replacement at no cost. Amazing! And even better, the second one shipped faster than the first! Very happy custmer

Brand new appearance. I really appreciate this seller whose photos took the time to tell me how to match the unit to the Pioneer original. The unit shipped quickly, arrived early and worked right out of the package once batteries were installed. All functions were operating and all buttons worked
