So the delivery was slow and when I got it, I charged it and hit the button, and it shut down. Called the company and they said to send it to them to see if it will work. They contacted me and said the batteries were no good so replaced them and made sure it worked properly. The cost of that was 78.00. I paid 80.00 for it when he said it worked. Which it didn't. I always communicate promptly and do everything possible to ensure a smooth transaction. This buyer was problematic from the beginning. Sellers beware!
