Prior to purchasing he replied quickly and now I haven’t heard anything back from my numerous messages to resolve the issue. Very disappointed as I would have been happy to discuss and resolve the issue. As you can see on the picture 3 of the racks and not just one are missing the attachments and are unusable because of it. Item not as described, very damaged so not usable and poor follow up service!
