NO ANSWER FOR DAYS-MAYBE HE WAS BUSY. FINALLY HE STATED NO HE JUST WANTED A REFUND. TO JUST MAKE A BLANKET STATEMENT "HAD TO RETURN" GIVES A NEGATIVE TONE.
