The cost was beyond satisfactory because I have purchased about 3 other barkcollars, 2 I sent back and the 3rd worked for only 1 dog. I am very excited to find one with recording abilities and it worked. So…this one is the best. My main barker went flying under a table so I think in time all I will have to say “collar???”. I know the other dog will stop…I purchased 2 collars.

The battery was completely dead and after charging for 24 hours the computer still would not come on. A dead computer. I contacted the Seller who sent a return shipping label. I returned the item and have confirmation the Seller received return. Now Seller will not issue a refund and does not respond to my attempts to contact them to resolve the matter. Stay away from this Seller.
