- d***c (599)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseIt came broken. I decided not to return it and just keep it.Reply from: ebor_treasures- Feedback replied by seller ebor_treasures.- Feedback replied by seller ebor_treasures.Buyer stated the figure arrived broken. The figure was packed well, so wasn't anything I could have avoided. I advised they could return the item for a refund. The buyer agreed to this solution and appeared to be happy about it. Then, they closed the return the next day and left negative feedback a week later. This is frustrating as I did all I could to resolve things for the buyer and it's not my fault that they decided to close the return and have kept the figure and now regret doing so.
