However, I learned that the condition was not New from the case, as advertised. Apparently the logo on the outsode of the glass was damaged/worn away a bit. I have the same glass in my home and this has happened, so I know at least one of the glasses was not new. They are not wrapped in the case and have some room to move some, so despite your expertise you are WRONG!
