Any Boy's Size 16 short (including Levi's) has always fit me, but Men's Size 28 waist are always too big. These shorts said Size 16 so I took a chance that didn't pay off. I never usually buy clothing online for this reason. I'm old and don't know how to do the return stuff so it's just another disappointing write off. The shorts were fine so no shade to the seller. Apparently it's my body that's off.
