The listing claimed the item ships from Pennsylvania, but it came directly from China. From Pennsylvania, it would've taken a couple days. It took eleven days from China. When I confronted the seller about this they ignored me completely. The product was clearly not the same as the one in the pictures, it looked trashy and counterfeit. When I pointed this out, they ignored me again. This seller is a criminal as far as I'm concerned.
