The breastcollar is a smidge too pick even on the top hole for my 15.3 horse, so I would recommend punching more holes for a smaller horse. All the detailing is beautiful and clearly quality, especially considering the price. I was a little disappointed with the way it was packed since it was folded over itself and caused the leather to already have creasing in it. Second time ordering from seller and very happy!
