The packaging looked a little worse for the wear, but there weren't any problems with the connectors. I installed them and had no problems. Everything fit fine. One end had a little lip to help keep things from slipping apart. The other end did not. So I just made sure to use a 1/4" drive ratchet and socket to be sure that the clamp was tight.
