    Bad communication, they sent me different -more simple- item what I ordered on same price, they sent me the item (DVR) after when I started the refund process. They didn't answered to my recurring questions. They sent me the item when I bought another one from different company. The product is still listed on eBay - which they cannot deliver. I do not recommend this company as a trading partner to anyone. Additionally box was shabby and the seal was broken.
