This one is working fine and keeping the house cool. My problem with this purchase is that the thermostat said "batteries included". Well, as the pictures show, the batteries were probably the original ones that came with the thermostat. The batteries are old and had leaked. Fortunately, the thermostat was not damaged. All's well that ends well!
