I wasn’t sure whether I was just getting the center disk with bow tie, or the entire center cap assembly - it was the whole thing! INSTALLATION TIP: be sure the alignment tab matches the alignment hole in the rim (see pic for blue circled tab). I paired mine with new lug-nuts….
