    THE COFFEE MAKER ARRIVED DEFECTIVE, THE WATER LEAKS AND THE SELLER SENT A VIDEO HOW TO REPAIR IT. I PAID FOR A NEW COFFEE MAKER, NOT TO FIX THE DEFECT, I MEAN, THAT TRANSACTION SHOULD HAVE BEEN DECLINED AND I WROTE TO HIM MANY TIMES WAITING FOR THE ONLY POSSIBLE ANSWER BUT HE DID NOT HAVE THE SPIRIT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.     The unit was factory new when I shipped it. I bought it for someone as a gift directly from Italy, but the person did not want it, this is why I put it up on ebay. The fix was truly very simple, more like an adjustment. The video came straight from the manufacturer.
