When I contacted the seller to let them know, they said USPS was wrong. But they never actually did anything to correct the problem, and stopped responding to my messages when I asked them to cover the extra costs or issue a refund. In the end I paid the postage due. DON'T COUNT ON THIS SELLER TO DO THE RIGHT THING! BUYER BEWARE!
